Access to the Tour
Transfers are not included in the cost. After booking, you will receive the exact location of the Adeje Heli-Port in the south of Tenerife.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- All passengers MUST bring their passport for the flight. Without it, boarding is not allowed.
- Passenger weight must be provided during booking.
- Maximum weight limit: 110 kg per passenger.
If exceeded, an extra charge may apply depending on additional weight (you will be informed of the exact amount). - All passengers will be weighed before take-off.
- Flight time is determined by the operator depending on weather.
- Once your booking is confirmed with the operator, the reservation cannot be changed, canceled or refunded.
Before confirmation (usually 1 week before the trip, or up to 48 hours before the flight depending on the date), you may reschedule or cancel with a full refund. - Helicopter rides are not recommended for children aged 2 and 3.
